My name is Eric Johnson. I have a BA in music from SJSU and 25 years experience teaching music, mostly guitar and piano. I believe in creating a positive environment for my students where they can learn proper practice techniques along with some basic music theory as well. Preparing students for recital is one of the most engaging aspects of my job.Getting them onstage so they can experience performing in front of an audience is a fantastic way to create confidence in them.
