Rejane Xie earned her Master of Music in Viola Performance from San Francisco State University, where she studied under Professor Paul Yarbrough, violist of the Alexander String Quartet. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Viola Performance from California State University, East Bay, and holds a certificate in Music Education from South China Normal University.

Rejane has extensive experience teaching violin and viola students of all ages and levels. She helps students prepare for school and youth orchestra auditions, ABRSM examinations, and performances. As a member of the Music Teacher’s Association of California (MTAC), she is dedicated to helping students build a strong technical foundation while developing musicality, confidence, and a lifelong love of music.
