Yuko Yoshida is a Music Teacher’s Association of California (MTAC) certified piano instructor and evaluator with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She is dedicated to helping students of all ages and levels develop a strong music ability technically and mentally.
Yuko holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from San Jose State University and a Master of Music from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she was awarded a full scholarship and served as a teaching assistant.
Throughout her teaching career, Yuko has prepared many of her students for the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal School of Music) and MTAC piano examinations, with many students completing examinations through the highest levels.  She also has years of experience as a piano accompanist, working with choirs at different schools and accompanying students for ABRSM instrumental and vocal examinations.
Her students have earned prizes and recognition in numerous international and local competitions such as US Open Music Competition, US International Piano Competition, MTAC, Korean  American Music Competition, Reno Tahoe Piano Competition, and California Professional Music Teacher Competition.
